Curriculum Development & Implementation
I have a base-level curriculum developed on PROSCI change management, ISO LEAN training, and other cultural and educational trainings. I use these foundational materials as a starting point to collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders in developing a customized curriculum tailored to the specific needs of the organization. This involves working closely with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of current challenges and priorities, ensuring that the training content is relevant and impactful. Additionally, I take time to observe the company culture to align the training approach with the organization’s values and the personality of its workforce.
The process includes a development phase, followed by a pilot rollout. During this stage, I partner with Directors, Managers, and Supervisors to identify and engage key team members for the initial sessions. Feedback is collected early and continuously, guiding refinements as the curriculum is more broadly implemented.
The implementation strategy is flexible and adaptable to organizational needs. It may include instructor-led training sessions, the distribution of supporting materials, or a combination of both. In some cases, I also collaborate with internal HR teams to deliver "Train the Trainer" programs, equipping internal champions to lead and sustain the curriculum across the organization.
